About Winderosa

Winderosa is located in the western mountains of Maine, USA and was established
in 1967. Originally, Winderosa distributed Snowbug™ Snowmobiles and all brands
of snowmobile parts. Winderosa entered the Snowmobile gasket market in the
1970's. By the early 1980's all manufacturing facilities were located
at the Dixfield, Maine USA location. During the`1980's new lines were expanded
to include gaskets for Chainsaws, Lawnmowers, and Karts.

Winderosa started the 1990's with the introduction of gasket lines for Personal
Watercraft and Dirtbike and ATV. Most recently, our line of Hi Pro-formance Oil
Seals has been expanded to include more than 230 sizes for small engine and
industrial applications.

1996 marked Winderosa's 30th year in business at the Dixfield, Maine USA
location. Ground breaking of our new 14,000 sq. ft. manufacturing and distributing
facilities started August 5, 1996 and was completed in the Spring of 1997. These
facilities will enable Winderosa to expand manufacturing, streamline in-house
operations and continue its leadership role in small engine gasket technology.

JAY WINDOVER - CEO

Jay Windover, CEO. Jay is responsible for production,
puchasing,sales and technical assistance. With his
engineering background, he works diligently to upgrade
production methods and works directly with the world's
leading material manufacturers to develop new and
innovative products for the power sports industry.

LOLISA WINDOVER - GENERAL MANAGER

LoLisa is responsible for the day to day operations at the Peru
facility. She manages inside sales and distribution across the
United States, Canada and into thirty-eight foreign countries.
Her duties also include Human Resources, Public Relations and
Safety Management.

RACHEL CARIGNAN - RESEARCH MANAGER

Rachel Carignan is in charge of product research and
application at Winderosa. Rachel has over thirty years of
experience in the small engine market primarily with two
cycle engines. Her research and development has kept
Winderosa on the forefront in application and customer
service. Rachel was honored recently by having Maine's
State Governor, Angus S. King, Jr, attend and speak at the
ribbon cutting celebration of Winderosa's new computerized
manufacturing and County Commissioners Office.

MELODY WINDOVER - MARKETING MANAGER

Melody is in charge of marketing, graphics, catalogs
and the corporate website. If you need any additional
logos, catalogs, CDs or graphics, please contact Melody.
Her other duties include attending and exibiting at foreign
and domestic powersport tradeshows.
